Can anybody help?
I can’t actually get my head around gluten free , I know I’m not allowed wheat but what does that mean for substitution? I would like to try new things to see what can and can’t have but actually don’t know where to start.
I’m in the UK and I have noticed the signage on things is getting better. I just don’t know what I’m properly looking for.
I got told by dr that I’d be better going wheat free but I don’t know where to start in relation to anything.
Can anyone help?
